In the Hayes School of Music, there are 7 bands serving over 400 students. The program offers opportunities for musical experiences for wind, brass, and percussion players.

Interested in touring App State? Come be a Student for a Day and see what it is like to be a student at the Hayes School of Music! You can observe/ play in ensembles, attend classes, observe or take a private lesson, and get to know the wonderful faculty, students, administration, and staff!
